WhiteBall Escape — Terms of Use

WhiteBall Escape is made by Erol Kütükcü. By playing the game you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which applies to every app from the App Store.

Coins and boosters: Coins and boosters are virtual items for use inside the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred to another player or device outside Apple's own purchase system.

Purchases: All purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Your coins are stored on your device; if you delete the game or lose the device without a backup, unused coins may be lost.

Changes to the game: We may update levels, prices, rewards and features to keep the game fair and fun.

Fair play: Please don't cheat, modify the game or misuse the leaderboard. We may remove scores that are clearly not genuine.

Liability: The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
